PROFILE

 

  • Twin TBT
    Made with a wide centre base and a low sidebase uplift. The low uplift starts outside the bindings for precision and control. The wide centre base provides more stability when riding obstacles in the park.
  • SideKick
    In addition to 3BT, the boards with Sidekick have raised contact points. SideKick makes turn initiation even smoother, increases float in powder and handling of the board in rough terrain.

 

CORE

 

  • Light Core
    50/50 Swiss paulownia and poplar creates a balanced core that’s lively yet strong.

 

REINFORCEMENTS

 

  • Carbon Stringers
    Carbon stringers are positioned in the board in different ways. This results in a stiffer board with more pop and responsiveness. Carbon stringers are light and will significantly improve the performance of your board.
  • C.S.T
    There is a centrally placed carbon tube in the board. This tube provides more pop in the board without adding more torsional stiffness to it.
  • Biax Glassing
    The traditional Bataleon laminate, made of two layers of fibreglass. Biax Laminate gives a snappy feel without adding torsional stiffness.

 

TOPSHEET

 

  • Aramid X-Ply
    Aramid fiber is a synthetic fiber made from polyamide with an exceptional strength and stiffness. It is resistant to abrasion and does not degrade easily under harsh conditions. With it's low density, ideal for keeping the weight of the board low.

 

BASE

 

  • Hyper Glide S
    This is Bataleon's standard sintered base, made to take a beating and go fast.

 

SIDEWALL

 

  • Shock Walls
    Shock Walls is Bataleon's sidewall technology. These sidewalls are made of urethane and are the bumpers of your snowboard. They can take a blow and ensure a smoother experience on the piste.
