Delivery

How is my order processed?

1. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after payment. Please carefully check your street address and house number.
2. We'll process your order from our stock right away and send you a Track & Trace code. Note: this tracking link typically becomes active 6 to 12 hours after you receive the email.
3. Once Bpost or DPD registers your package at their depot, you can track its journey to your home using the provided link.

What are the delivery costs?

West-Site delivers to all European countries. You'll find the rates for each country below, along with the order amount that qualifies for free delivery.

Please note: Any import taxes for countries outside the European Union are NOT included in the shipping costs.

What are the average delivery times?

Delivery times for Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg:

• Processing time: 0–1 days (Monday to Saturday)
• Transport time: 1–2 days (Monday to Saturday)

Delivery times for Europe outside Belgium, the Netherlands & Luxembourg:

• Processing time: 0–1 days (Monday to Saturday)
• Transport time: 1–5 days (Monday to Saturday)

Please note that these delivery times are estimates provided by West-Site and are not guaranteed. The maximum delivery period is 30 days from order receipt.

What if I'm not home when my package arrives? 

If you're not home, please manage your delivery directly with the carrier provider so your package can be safely stored at a nearby pick-up point, left in a safe place indicated by you, or an alternative address. You'll receive a notification in your mailbox with details. For your convenience, you can also track your package digitally using the Track & Trace code we've sent to your email.
