Developed and tested to keep your feet warm and dry, even in the harshest conditions.

TLS lacing system:
Nitro is leading the pack with the TLS lacing system: Two independent lacing zones, quickly tightened and safely locked in place by a compact and lightweight mechanism that has proven to be reliable over tens of thousands of days on the mountain. Specifically designed, low-abrasion Dyneema® laces, easy-entry handle storage pockets, as well as our Bail Out system for effortless lace release, round off the most advanced dual lacing system on the market.

Step On®:
Our 100% Step On® compatible rubber outsole interfaces perfectly with any Step On® binding on the market for effortless boot-to-binding engagement. At the same time, it provides an effective traction pattern with an abrasion-resistant, high-grip rubber compound for durability and superior grip. Made from up to 30% recycled rubber (depending on sole color).

EVA midsole:
Used on all boots with rubber outsoles, the EVA midsole reduces overall weight and provides cushioning and thermal insulation.
